This Machine Line is suitable to produce PVC spiral steel wire reinforced/hose Pipe. The wall of Pipe is transparent soft PVC with spiral steel wire inside. PVC steel wire hose is widely used for drawing and conveying water, oil and powder in factories agriculture, engineering, foodstuffs and sanitary lines.

conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fibre winder→warm up oven→single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off →meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing
