General description:
We adopt advanced technology for EVA/EPE recycling pelletizing. It can modify virgin EVA material, and can also recycle waste EVA materail.
This machine is especially suitable for EVA sole material, EVA foam slippers, etc.
EVA pelletizing line can remove the foam agent completely and remove the characteristics of EVA. By matching up with glue filtering machine, it can produce EVA granule with high quality and free of impurities. The recycled EVA granule can be used in next step production.
The production line consists of materials mixing, coveying, feeding, extrusion granulation,air cooling as a whole line. Automatic continuously operation to achieve high effecient production. Frequency converter used to control the rate of grabulation to meet the speed requirements of material and save power.
